Portuguese Lessons
We are excited to introduce Luciana from Street Smart Brazil. She will be giving classes here at the Capoeira Mandinga Academy starting Tuesday, February 7th from 6-7 pm. If you are interested in learning Brazilian Portuguese and Culture, join us for an afternoon of food, fun and a free introductory class on Sunday January 29 at 3pm. (see link below)

A glimpse of the classes:
Learn Portuguese and get the most out of your relationships with Brazilians and Brazil! Capoeira Mandinga will offer Portuguese classes in partnership with Street Smart Brazil, the most recognized brand in the Bay Area offering comprehensive Portuguese learning opportunities. About the instructor: Drawing on her passion for Brazilian Portuguese language and culture, Luciana applies her many years of experience teaching Portuguese to grow an organization and a community that is fully engaged in learning about Brazil and speaking the language. Aside from teaching at Street Smart Brazil, Luciana also gives classes at UC Berkeley.
Classes prices: $120 ($20/hour) until Feb 1st; $150 ($25/hour) after Feb 1st
